One of the biggest promises I make to my clients is that they'll never become "just another number". Every training program is personalised. Every nutrition plan is tailored. Every check-in is reviewed by me. Every adjustment is made based on your progress, your lifestyle, and your goals.
That's why I limit the number of transformation clients I work with. As many of you know, I've recently stepped into Grit N Glow full-time, and while I'd love to help everyone, maintaining a high level of support will always be my priority.
