That's why every fortnight, I host Level Up Live sessions inside the Grit N Glow Hub, where we dive into a new health, nutrition or training topic based on the questions that come through in client check-ins.

Education is a huge part of creating long-term progress, and teaching has always been at the heart of what I do. One of the biggest promises I make to my clients is that they'll never become "just another number". Every training program is personalised. Every nutrition plan is tailored. Every check-in is reviewed by me. Every adjustment is made based on your progress, your lifestyle, and your goals.
