Adult Beginner/Intermediate Rally Nights will run every Tuesday 6-8:00, weather permitting from June 2 - October 27. The goal is to have fun, develop skills and community, and to play the game.

Bridgewater Tennis Club – Summer Job Opportunity (2026)
BTC is hiring for our 2026 summer junior tennis program. We are looking to fill Head Coach and Instructor positions.
This is a great opportunity for anyone who enjoys tennis and working with youth, and is looking to build experience in a fun, active environment.
About the Program
BTC runs an 8-week summer program for players aged 5–16. The focus is on developing skills, staying active, and making sure participants enjoy their time on the court.
Head Coach
Responsibilities include:
• Leading and supporting the instructor team
• Planning and organizing daily programming
• Delivering instruction and coordinating activities
• Ensuring a safe and positive environment
• Working with the Youth Coordinator to support program needs
Qualifications:
• Previous tennis coaching experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team setting
• Tennis Nova Scotia Instructors Course considered an asset
Instructors
Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with lessons and on-court activities
• Supporting the Head Coach with daily operations
• Helping with matches, events, and program setup
• Maintaining equipment and facilities
• Communicating with participants and parents
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in tennis and working with youth
• Reliable and team-oriented
• Tennis Nova Scotia Instructors Course considered an asset
