Welcome to LTS - We are an Athlete Development company that focuses on guiding Athletes in the right

Our focus is on our dedication to our Athletes - we don't focus on numbers and volume coming through the door, we focus on each athlete to ensure they are given the best possible program to take them to the next level. Our process is simple, we safely introduce all of our athletes to a developmental program that allows their bodies to adapt and understand the movement patterns we put them through.

We teach athletes how to squat, hinge, jump, land, accelerate, and decelerate before chasing numbers.

We’re excited to announce some updated Burlington clinic hours starting in June 👇 Please note, these hours are for our Burlington location only.

🗓️ Starting Monday, June 1
Adrian & Connor will be available:
▪️ Mondays: 2PM–6PM
▪️ Fridays: 2PM–6PM

🗓️ Starting Thursday, June 4
Ben will be available:
▪️ Thursdays: 8AM–11AM
▪️ Then continuing every Tuesday & Thursday moving forward
