Empowering prenatal/postpartum women to become stronger, healthier and more confident ❤️

01/15/2026

After mid-30s, you may have a quiet suspicion that your core and pelvic floor aren’t functioning the way they should.
It’s very important that you don’t ignore it.

Last Tuesday was Week 2 of our Core + Pelvic Floor Rehab Workshop, and we challenged these women to start building on the foundation we laid in Week 1.
Breathing. Connection. Pressure management. Real activation.

These women chose to listen to their bodies instead of brushing that feeling aside — and I am always so proud of women who step forward and decide to do something about it. 🤍

Because ignoring that feeling can lead to so many issues down the road:
• hip and joint pain
• lower back pain
• urinary incontinence
• bowel issues
• decreased s*x drive
…and that’s just the start.

Your body whispers before it screams.
Listen to it.

A huge thank you to for prioritizing women’s health and for bringing me in to run this workshop. It means a lot to work alongside a team that truly cares about getting to the root of women’s health, not just masking symptoms. 💛

Thank you to every woman who trusted me and joined this 4-week progressive workshop. I can’t wait to keep building on this work with you — this is where real strength begins. 💪

A lot of women think getting skinnier will fix their core.

Flat stomach, tight waist, endless ab work…
and somehow that’s supposed to mean strength.

But that’s not how the core works.

Skinny is trending again — and that’s fine.
But over here, the focus hasn’t changed.

Because I see that most women don’t need more core work.
They need different core work.

If planks make your back tight,
if crunches leave your neck sore,
if “brace harder” just turns into breath-holding…
your core isn’t weak. It’s out of sequence.

The deep core doesn’t respond to intensity.
It responds to timing.

Breath → pressure → movement.

Miss that order and the body compensates every time.
Glutes grip.
Hips overwork.
Pelvic floor tightens instead of supports.

That’s how women chase “lean” for years
and still feel disconnected, avoid heavy lifts,
or deal with leaks and pain.

Strength built on coordination lasts.
Strength built on force fades.

Skinny trends come and go.
Function, strength, and resilience don’t.

Happy 2026 Fam 🥳

I’ve been sitting with this for a while, and I’m really proud of it.

This workshop exists because I’ve watched too many women be told to just live with leaking, pain, disconnection, or fear around movement — instead of being taught how to actually rebuild their bodies.

This isn’t about doing more exercises.
It’s about learning how to connect to your core and pelvic floor, building strength progressively, and understanding how to support your body in real life like lifting your kids, moving through workouts, and feeling confident again.

Over four weeks, we slow things down, build intentionally, and layer strength the way the body actually needs it. You’re guided, supported, and not left guessing.

We’ve also brought in two incredible nurses from Anara Infusion to support the bigger picture… hormones, nutrition, deficiencies, energy & longevity because pelvic floor health doesn’t exist in isolation.

And honestly?
You’re getting four weeks of progressive, hands-on pelvic floor and core strengthening for less than the cost of one pelvic floor physio session — in a small, supportive group where you’re actually seen and coached.

Spaces are intentionally limited to keep this personal.

If this speaks to you, if you’re done accepting dysfunction as “normal,” and if you’re ready to feel connected to your body again — the details are on my website.

I’d love to have you there 🤍

I had to jump on this trend 😂
Because you have no idea how many women I’ve coached who look exactly like this when it finally clicks.

That moment when pelvic floor rehab stops feeling like doing exercises
and starts feeling like connection.

It’s the aha moment.
When the breath, core, and pelvic floor finally work together — and everything changes.

Healing doesn’t come from guessing or pushing harder.
It comes from understanding your body and progressing in the right order.

May you find that blissful moment soon if you haven’t already fam ❤️
