I was absolutely thrilled at how well my presentation was received yesterday at the AAN Conference!! Huge thank you to Michelle for keeping me reassured and encouraging me all the way in the front row!
And for all the messages wishing me luck!
I felt very loved and supported - and the audience!!!
Wow!!!
I was so blessed that they felt safe and held to share their experiences on the front lines.
This work is so necessary and my determination to make a difference is fired up even more than before (who knew that was possible?)

Today my heart feels so full being here at Angel Day alongside my incredible business partner Cindy Smith and my beautiful business mentee Tracy Morris — also known as The Crystal Arborist 🌿💎

There’s something so special about being in a space where energy, intention, and connection all come together. Watching Tracy share her stunning crystal trees (seriously… each one feels like a little piece of grounded magic) is one of those proud moments that reminds me why I love this work so much.

From co-creating with Cindy to witnessing Tracy step into her gifts so fully… this is what it’s all about. Community. Growth. Alignment. And a whole lot of soul ✨

Did that loooong straight drive from Calgary to Edmonton on the QE2 today. Getting blown all over the road reminded me of North Wales and the gales off the Irish Sea

Started out with bright blue skies and white fluffy clouds and sunshine and somewhere along the way it turned grey — no big moment, one of those quiet shifts you only notice if you’re paying attention.
