I had the honor of being welcomed as a special guest speaker at the Shareholders’ Evening in Munich for Boost Fertility, where I put a spotlight on women’s mental health in the conversation around infertility.

I spoke about the hidden battles that women carry in their bodies, the emotional impact of traditional fertility care, and why supporting women doesn’t just support women; it supports all humans.

I advocated for creating a medical model that treats women with dignity and instills psychological safety and hope.

I defined womanhood beyond the skin-deep ideals of youth and flawless beauty, and went straight to the heart of it, where we find a womanhood that is brave and wise.

What stayed with me most was the willingness in that room to listen to hard truths and connect to the human side of this industry. Boost Fertility understands that we can’t just fix what’s broken medically; it has to be addressed emotionally, relationally, and holistically.

Thank you Daniel G. Wilson and Dr. Marion Vollmer for the work you are doing to reimagine a better future for fertility, and for inviting me into the conversation. I am honored and grateful to bring my voice, my work, and a little FEARCE spirit to this paradigm shift.

A special thank you to Charu Agarwal for all of your hard work and organization to help the events throughout the day and night run perfectly.

Here’s to women. To their courage. To their battles. To their voices. To their triumphs. To celebrating women louder and making the world better. 💜

One year ago today, I conquered something I never imagined I would: I published my first book Fear To Fearce.

The support was overwhelming. I made it onto two bestsellers’ list lists, I celebrated at a book launch full of precious loved ones, friends gifted copies to their friends, fortune 500 companies bought them for their employees, nieces and nephews think I’m “cool”…

On so many levels this experience has gone beyond what I dreamed.

Teenage Janey, who was already well accustomed to the rejection of the entertainment industry, would’ve looked at me today and said: “Phew! So, one day I WILL make it.”

But this is far from the whole truth, because the more I know, the more I learn how little I know.

The biggest lesson (and gift) of being a self-help author is that I am very much right beside the people I’ve written to. Not ahead, not above, but rather, fighting and winning and losing all the same.

Why? Because growth mindset, inner resilience, grit, and many other personal development pursuits are life-work.

Who am I to think that I’m exempt from the daily mindfulness practices, constant self-reflection, and ongoing acts of courage that are required to unleash my “mental warrior” and “maximize psychological potential?”

Who am I to teach others how to accept their imperfections, rise from failure, start over, or put themselves out there if I’m not doing this myself?

Who am I to think I no longer have to face my fears, wrestle with darkness, and walk with my shadows again and again?

Sorry to say teenage Janey, but we haven’t “arrived” and we never will. We may have written a book on this stuff, but we’ll be reading it for life.

Keep going Fearce ones. ♥️

Fear has become its own epidemic. In today’s world, many people are high functioning on the outside, but quietly carrying persistent anxiety, self-doubt, pressure to achieve, or the lingering sense that they’re “not enough” on the inside.

Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent years performing on major stages while privately battling severe performance anxiety. I understand what it means to be confronted with repeated trauma, crushing perfectionism, imposter syndrome, and relentless self-critique.

I share this small part of my story so you know that even those in the “spotlight” face a lot of darkness; you are not alone.

Now, as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and MACP student, I aim to help you navigate burnout, trauma, identity shifts, major life transitions, and the deeper emotional patterns that shape your relationship to psychological potential and self-worth.

Together, we’ll work to build emotional intelligence, reconnect with self-trust, and create a more sustainable relationship with personal growth and professional momentum.

I’m here to witness your unfiltered story with empathy, attunement, and skill to create a space where safety and curiosity coexist.

If you are ready to share your inner world, I would be honoured to walk alongside you.

There’s a kind of magic that happens when women are given the space to be fully themselves:

Soft and strong.
Expansive and grounded.
Fearce and kind.

Grateful to have hosted the launch of the new Eternal Aura fragrance by none other than Elizabeth Arden where we spent an afternoon rooted in presence, self-expression, and unique beauty.

From the blooms by , to the delicious food by , to the room full of meaningful conversation, the event was intentionally constructed to remind us that, like the scent itself, our impact extends long beyond the moment it’s released and stays behind after we leave.

Femininity is not only softness. It’s also strength.
It’s the magnolia in its wholeness; the colors, the petals and its euphoric scent. It is also the foundation of the flower; the stem and the earth in which it is planted.

Femininity is not either this or that.
It’s both and.
It’s self-defined.
And it’s ever blossoming.

“Strong backs, soft fronts, wild hearts…
The mark of a wild heart is living out the paradox of love in our lives. It’s the ability to be tough and tender, excited and scared, brave and afraid, all in the same moment. It’s showing up in our vulnerability and our courage, being both fearce and kind.”
