Your skin isn’t basic. So why is your skincare? 🧬

Trending ≠ right for you.

Breakouts, dryness, fine lines, flare-ups — your skin is telling you something, and the answer is in your DNA.

We test it. We match it. No more guessing, no more wasted money on products built for someone else’s face.

One skin DNA test. Skincare formulated around your genetics — to hydrate deep, soften lines, and actually work.

You work hard to look good. Look good from the inside out. ✨

Your gut runs way more than your digestion.

Quick reality check: a “normal” bowel movement isn’t one every two or three days. A healthy gut often moves with every meal — that’s your system actually clearing what you put into it. Going days in between isn’t just “how you’re built.” It’s a signal.

And it doesn’t stop at your stomach. Your microbiome is wired directly to your brain and your skin:

• Brain fog, low focus, flat mood → often traced back to gut imbalance and inflammation
• Breakouts, eczema, dull or reactive skin → the gut-skin axis at work
• Bloating, fatigue, constant cravings → your microbiome asking for help

Here’s the part most people miss: you can feel “fine” and still have an imbalance quietly driving these symptoms. Whether you think your gut is in great shape or not, the only way to actually know is to test — not guess.

🔬 This month we’re running a special discount on gut testing. See what your microbiome is really doing and stop troubleshooting in the dark.

Two people take the exact same B-complex. One feels sharp and calm. The other feels wired, anxious, and can’t switch off. 🧬

The difference often isn’t willpower — it’s a gene called COMT.

COMT sets how fast you clear dopamine and stress chemicals from your system. And gene expression tends to sort people into two camps:

⚔️ Warriors clear it fast — steady under pressure, hard to rattle.
🧠 Worriers clear it slow — sharper focus and memory when calm, but more easily tipped into stress and overwhelm.

Here’s where it gets practical. A “worrier” loading up on methylated B vitamins can end up jittery and anxious… on the very nutrients that make a “warrior” thrive.

Same pill. Opposite outcome. Written into your DNA.

That’s why guessing is so hit-or-miss — and why knowing your genetics turns supplementation from a gamble into a strategy.

It’s exactly the kind of thing we love digging into with clients. 🔬

Everyone’s talking about “cortisol face.” Let me save you the doom-scroll. 👇

It’s not a real diagnosis — it’s a TikTok term for puffy cheeks, swollen jawline, under-eye bags everyone’s blaming on stress.
Truth? Most of what you’re seeing isn’t cortisol. It’s late wine, salty takeout, broken sleep, skipped breakfasts, and blood sugar chaos. Stress matters — but it’s rarely the whole story.

What I tell my clients (and what I actually do myself):
🍳 30g -50g protein (age and goal dependent) at breakfast.
🏋🏻‍♀️ Lift heavy, but stop chronically over-training
🌙 Same bedtime, every night. Non-negotiable.
🌿 Magnesium glycinate + omega-3s
🧘🏻‍♀️ 10 min/day of something that downshifts your nervous system
Your face mirrors what’s happening inside. Fix the inputs, the outputs follow — usually within weeks.

I’ve been deep in this world for years between coaching and the work I’m doing now — happy to answer questions if you’ve got them. Drop them below or DM me. 👇

Something unexpected is happening on this new protocol… I’m feeling exactly like I did in deep competition prep.
Less interest in fat (I’ve literally been blotting excess oil off meals, even healthy ones), craving less flavour, less everything. It reminds me of what they say about this supplement — that it helps curb cravings for alcohol and other substances.

Turns out the body can quiet down around macronutrients the same way. Even the ones it used to chase.
The wildest part? The food noise I didn’t even realize I had is just… gone.

My focus at work has gotten sharper, my creativity is flowing, and everything feels easier. If you want to know what I’m on, message me. 💬

Your skin, eyes, and cells are under attack every day.
Blue light. UV exposure. Stress. Aging. That’s where astaxanthin comes in.

It’s one of the most powerful antioxidants out there — and a serious upgrade for your skin, eyes, and overall health. ⚕️

Here’s why it stands out:
• Natural UV support – Helps protect your skin from sun damage (think of it as internal support, roughly SPF 4–7 — not a replacement for sunscreen). ☀️
• Eye protection – Huge for screen users. Helps reduce eye strain and supports long-term eye health from blue light exposure. 👁️
• Heart health – Supports healthy cholesterol levels and inflammation markers like hs-CRP. ♥️
• Next-level antioxidant – Stronger than vitamin C, vitamin E, and beta-carotene. 🥕
• Skin + anti-aging – Supports elasticity, hydration, and smoother-looking skin. 🌟
Fun fact: It’s what gives salmon and flamingos their red color — and plays a big role in their strength and resilience.
---
💊 What I have in stock:
Each capsule = 24 mg astaxanthin + lycopene (most brands only have 12 mg, no extras).
If you’re one of my clients, comment on this post or message me and I’ll hook you up with a discount 👊
If you’re on screens all day or want better skin and overall health… this is a simple add that makes a difference.
Message me to grab yours 👍

Don’t fear the heavy 🪨— I've been dropping my reps down to 4-6 lately, and the shift in how I look and feel has been wild. 💪

Heavier loads (with proper form) are one of the best tools we have for hormone optimization, body composition, bone density, and honestly… confidence. Especially as we get older and the reality of Sarcopenia creeps in. Higher reps have their place, but heavy lifting is where the magic lives.

And ladies — please hear me. You will NOT get "big" from lifting heavy. That myth has held too many of us back for too long. You'll get leaner, tighter, and stronger. Promise.

A few things I swear by:
→ Warm up properly. Mobility drills, ramp-up sets. Don't skip it.
→ Start with compound lifts — squats, deadlifts, presses. Then move on to accessory work.
→ Rest 2-3 min between heavy sets. You're training your nervous system.
→ Eat the protein. Sleep the sleep.

💎 Hidden gem: a pound of muscle is about the size of a baseball. A pound of fat? Closer to a grapefruit. Same weight, totally different body. This is why the scale lies and your mirror tells the truth.

Load the bar. Trust the process. 🔥

Everyone chases abs for the look… but the real flex is what a strong core actually does.

Your core is your foundation. If it’s weak, everything else suffers:
• Lower back pain creeps in
• Your deadlift stalls
• Your press feels unstable
• Your bench loses power

A strong core isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about performance and protection.

When your core is dialed in:
✔ You stabilize heavier loads
✔ You transfer power efficiently in compound lifts
✔ You protect your spine under stress
✔ You move with control instead of compensation

Think of your core as your body’s “brace system.” No brace = leaks everywhere.

Stop training abs like an afterthought at the end of your workout.
Train them like they matter—because they do.

Strong core = stronger everything.

I’ve been strategically incorporating methylene blue into my routine for mitochondrial health—but not as an everyday, all-the-time supplement.

A few important things to understand before considering it 👇

Methylene blue isn’t something to take blindly. One key factor is your genetics—specifically a condition called G6PD deficiency. If you have this gene variant, methylene blue can negatively affect your blood and oxygen transport. This is why personalized insight matters.

Another thing I see often: companies pushing high doses to move product. From what I’ve researched and experienced, that’s not necessary for most people. Starting low is key, and many individuals don’t need to go beyond .5g/kg BW (case dependent on illness and/or situation)

This is exactly why I offer DNA testing.

With the right test, you can learn:
• Whether methylene blue is safe for your genetics
• How your body responds to different macronutrients (high carb vs low carb, protein needs, fat metabolism)
• Whether you store fat easily or burn it efficiently
• Your cardiovascular risk factors
• And how to optimize your supplementation safely and effectively

No guessing. No trends. Just data tailored to you.

If you’re interested in getting your DNA tested and understanding what works best for your body, reach out to me directly for pricing and details.

🌧️ Bio Tip: Feeling Off Lately? It Might Not Just Be the Weather…

With this stretch of gloomy weather, it’s common to feel a little more moody, low-energy, or irritable. But what many people don’t realize is that it may not just be the lack of sunshine — it could be suboptimal Vitamin D levels.

Vitamin D plays a much bigger role than most think:
☀️ Supports over 300+ chemical reactions in the body
☀️ Essential for hormone production and balance
☀️ Impacts mood, energy, immune function, and overall vitality

During the darker months, your body simply isn’t producing enough from sunlight alone — which is why supplementation becomes important.

💡 What I personally do:
I prefer intramuscular (IM) Vitamin D because absorption is significantly higher compared to oral supplements. I typically do this once every 2 months during winter, and then stop completely through the summer when natural sun exposure is sufficient.

If you’re not already supplementing, it may be worth considering — especially if you’ve noticed shifts in your mood or energy lately.

Sometimes optimizing your health isn’t about doing more… it’s about correcting what’s quietly missing.
