At 18, I two choices. It was a choice between the easy path of drugs and partying, or follow the hard road of discipline and health through training and hard work. 24 years later, looking back at where and why it all started, Iâm so damn happy I chose the path I did.
As cliche as its sound rolling off my tongue the gym has always been my place. When life didnât go to plan, relationships, financial stress or when things got chaotic, the gym was the one thing I could control. It didnât judge, and it never locked me out. Even during the times life pulled me away, the gym was always ready to welcome me back.
The results you see in these pics are 24 years in the making. There are no shortcuts. These pics represent the good times, the bad times, the sacrifices, and all the struggle. Through it all, every single session counted. Every heavy set, every early morning, and every tough day built the physique that got me these wins.
Put in the time, stay consistent, and let the work speak for itself.

đ This weekend, I didnât win the overall Menâs Classic Physique title at the Alberta Open.
My family did.
Every trophy is built on sacrifices the stage never shows. My win belongs entirely to my wife and my boys, who sacrificed just as much as I did over this prep. They are the ones who endured missed birthdays, skipped sports events, plain dinners at the table, and hours where Dad was away at the gym grinding out cardio.
I am dedicating this victory to them and to the unbreakable love that keeps our family so tight.
Above any trophy, the greatest gift of this journey was the chance to show my boys firsthand what is possible. They watched the daily grind. They saw the discipline. Now, they know that absolute hard work and dedication will bring your biggest dreams to life.
We did step 1 team Gray, now onto T.O. â¤ď¸

Looking for a realistic transformation story? Check out Normâs journey.
đ
Three years ago, Norm came to us facing a crossroads. At 50 years old, working demanding shift work away from home as a Construction Superintendent, his health and weight were starting to creep up on him.
He didnât want to look like a bodybuilder. He just wanted a balanced, healthier lifestyle. He wanted to be able to run around and keep up with his grandkids.
Like so many people today, Normâs doctor immediately prescribed Ozempic. But a prescription doesnât teach you how to manage overeating or build lasting habits. It just masks the symptoms.
We knew we needed a different approach. Together, we designed a simple, sustainable strategy that worked for his crazy work schedule and fit seamlessly into his family life at home.
The results speak for themselves. Between these two pictures, Norm has:
â˘Lost over 35 pounds
â˘Built sustainable eating habits
â˘Left Ozempic completely behind
â˘Regained control of his health
Norm didnât just lose weight. He learned how to control his appetite naturally, without relying on a weekly injection.
Congrats, Norm! Goal achieved. Now, letâs get the next one.

42 and just getting started in Classic Physique Division.
For a lifetime, I watched from the sidelines and always wanted to step on stage. Two years ago, I finally stopped saying âone dayâ and made it day one.
Now, at 42 years old, standing on stage and being competitive in Classic Physique hits completely different. It proves that it is never too late to chase a dream, build the physique, and bring the symmetry you always wanted.
The discipline, the resilience, and the fire burn hotter now than ever before. We do not fade out. We just get more refined and more grainy!!!!

So no â âzero sugarâ doesnât mean smart.â¨It means chemicals instead of calories.
If you want something sweet, choose ingredients your body actually knows what to do with: fruit, honey, dates, maple syrup, monk fruit.
Stop letting marketing decide whatâs âhealthy.ââ¨Flip the label, read the ingredients, and choose real food â not lab-made sweeteners pretending to be the better option.
