Pro Class is back tomorrow for a couple more weeks!
Meredith Kalaman will be teaching the next two classes, come see what she has to offer!
Meredith trained with Ballet BC as a young dancer at the beginning of her career. Her Ballet class is influenced by Ballet BC former company members: John Ottmann, Wen Wei Wang and Stephana Arnold.
This ballet class includes the precision and demand of ballet applied to dancing with adaptability, changes of weight and a flow and ease of the joints moving in dynamic tension.
