A huge congratulations to our team for putting on an amazing performance! Every single one of our athletes gave 100% and showed true sportsmanship.We had athletes taking on their very first competition, and others bravely stepping into the headshot division for the first time. We applaud their incredible courage to face new challenges. The future is so bright for these champions!

Behind these amazing athletes stood our officially certified TKDNS Junior coaches. Having completed their training programs, they were out there in full force today. Thank you, coaches, for your endless dedication and heart!

We’re honored to share that Master Jo has received the “Senior Male Athlete of the Year” award from the Support 4 Sport Awards.

This recognition would not have been possible without the encouragement and support of our amazing students and families. Thank you for trusting us, growing with us, and being part of our K-Top family. Your hard work, dedication, and positive spirit inspire us every day.

We are truly grateful and will continue to do our best to guide and support our students both in Taekwondo and in life. Thank you again for being part of this journey.

We received an email from Taekwondo Nova Scotia today. K-Top now has the highest number of certified NS coaches in the province! We also have two more athletes(Katrina and Josh) currently going through the process to become NS coaches. 👏 Huge applause to all of our athletes for their hard work and dedication.
Looking forward to seeing our junior coaches shine at the competition in May!

K-Top is committed not only to developing athletes, but also to supporting their long-term career growth. Once Master Jo becomes a certified Coach Evaluator, we expect this progress to accelerate even further.
