We are happy to share some photos from the 2026 GNS Coaching Symposium last weekend!

As well, we were thrilled to have presenters including: CJ and Ryan Keliher, Jennifer Johnson, and Danielle Roy. Thank you so much for being there 🙂

Spieth America donated 2 multi purpose mats, which were won by Cartwheel Academy and Digby and Area Gymnastics Club!

Many thanks to Spieth America for the lunch and mat donation, very appreciated.

💙 It’s National Coaches Week!

This week, we’re celebrating the incredible coaches who bring their energy, knowledge and encouragement into gyms across Nova Scotia every day.

Thank you for teaching skills, building confidence, creating positive experiences and helping gymnasts discover what they’re capable of.

To all our GNS coaches, this week is for you! 🤸👏 TAG YOUR COACH and share some love here to celebrate them and all they do!

🤸 Gymnastics isn’t just about competition. Sometimes, it’s simply about moving, having fun and trying something new!

Recreational gymnastics is a great way for kids to stay active, build confidence, make friends and enjoy being in the gym. 💙
