This Saturday is our last triple header of the first half of the season, so you won’t want to miss it! Both Kamloops women and Burnaby Lake men will be travelling to town. With Kamloops women travelling with a large roster of 30, we’re able to host a bonus exhibition game for the women's side. We love to see women’s rugby thriving in the interior!

The day’s schedule will be:
11:15am | Div 1 Women vs Kamloops
12:45pm | Women's Exhibition game vs Kamloops on second field
12:45pm | Div 3 Men vs Burnaby Lake
2:30pm | Div 1 Men vs Burnaby Lake

The b**r garden will be open, along with smokies from Illichmann’s for sale. So get those lawn chairs out and come cheer the Crows on for our last triple-header of 2026!

Div 3 Men — Revenge Tour to Abbotsford

The Div 3 men are looking for a little revenge after dropping a home game to Abbotsford two weeks ago. This time, the boys head east and face the challenge of playing without the home-field advantage — including being nose-blind to the unique stench that only Abbotsford can provide.

The Crows roll into town with a healthy mixture of seasoned veterans, young rookies, and just enough questionable decision-making to make things interesting. And, most importantly, the return of Firelord Trevor Reed, who is once again looking to set the opposition ablaze at every opportunity. Expect heat.

Up front, Michael “Toba” McKay knows a thing or two about operating in the cow pen and will be looking to put that experience to good use at prop, pushing around his opposite number and generally making life unpleasant in the tight five.

Demsey returns to his natural habitat at scrum half, ready to sling some quick ball to Jake Carr and provide the young guys with the kind of valuable advice that can only come from years of experience — particularly regarding which vitamins to take and, more importantly, how many.

With a blend of youth, experience, questionable wisdom, and a score to settle, this one has all the makings of a great game.

The boys know what’s at stake. Bring the intensity, bring the attitude, and maybe bring a clothespin for the trip home.

Up the Crows!

After a week's break, the Crows are headed to Abbotsford!

The squad has a few notable changes. The first being in the front row, as Auysten Zimmer moves from the back row to ho**er, and our captain Cass pushes out to prop. After taking last season off, Owen Marshall returns to the back row. In the backs, James Duguid slots in at 12 and Tyson Potts joins the team at 13.

We wish the men a safe trip down and a great game!

*Unfortunately, our women's home game has been cancelled for tomorrow. The Meralomas aren't able to field a team to play.

It's disappointing, but the women are rallying and getting amped up for next week's game against Kamloops!

The women are holding the fortress down with the sole home game this Saturday 🛡️ Enjoy the afternoon by cheering on the women as they take on the Meralomas!

Both men's teams are headed to Abbotsford for their games; we wish them a safe trip!

It’s the second game of the season and the Lady Crows are ready to take the momentum from last week’s win into their match against Abbotsford. With Abbotsford unable to field a full 15s team, our backs are ready to use the extra space to get some points on the board. Watch out for #11 Alyssa Meade, after 2 try’s last weekend on her first start, we’re ready to see what this game has in store for her.

Come enjoy the sunshine field side to cheer on this all star squad!
