Happy Birthday to Coach Will! 🎉🥊

Will has been part of the gym since 2020 and started coaching this year, helping out mainly with our competitors and youth classes. With 3 fights of his own, he’s also able to bring some firsthand experience into the gym.

We really appreciate all the time and effort Will puts into helping our boxers and being part of the team.

📅Schedule Update:
The gym will be closed on Monday, September 7th for Labour Day.
Regular hours remain for Sunday, and the rest of the week! 🙂

👊Boxing Fundamentals: 5:30pm-6:30pm
🥊All Levels Boxing 6:30pm-7:30pm
💪Competitor Training 7:30pm-8:30pm

Today kicks off the , at BMO Centre here in London! We are set to have 4 boxers represent us this weekend! 👊

Zachary and Jeffrey both fight today (Friday) during the 6pm session.
Micah fights tomorrow (Saturday) during the 1pm session
JL fights tomorrow during the 6pm.

All 4 divisions have their gold medal match on Friday, so all our boxers fight the following day(s) if they win their bouts! 🥊

We hope to see some of our team cheering them on, either in-person or on the PPV if you can't make it!

It's Fight Day for Alyson, tonight on 's event in Windsor.
She will be participating in an exhibition against the Canadian Nationals silver medalist to get experience in her preparation for provincials coming up!
