At ANIMO, we believe that the pursuit of excellence within ourselves is not just a physical endeavor but a journey that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit. Our focus is on integrity, encouragement, and inclusivity. Everyone (age, gender, orientation, race, health status, beliefs, physical abilities) is welcome. Founded in 2021 we have one gym in Maple Ridge, BC with plans to open more across the lower mainland.
