Most people are killing their grip without realizing it.
They squeeze the kettlebell as hard as possible at the top.

It feels strong.
It’s not.

It just burns out your forearms and limits how long you can train.

At fixation, the bell should sit across your palm at an angle.

You don’t need to crush the handle.
Let your hand relax.

The bell will stay in place.

You’ll save energy, last longer, and your technique will clean up fast.

Most people never fix this.

Most people are destroying their wrists holding kettlebells like this.
And they don’t even know it.

Your wrist isn’t supposed to be crushed under the handle.

If the kettlebell is sitting straight across your palm, you’re putting unnecessary pressure into the joint — and that adds up fast.

The fix?
Position the handle at roughly a 45° angle so it sits diagonally across the hand.

Simple adjustment.
Massive difference.

Most people in your gym are doing this wrong.
