Prince George Gymnastics provides Recreational and Competitive programs Our Gymnastics program is offered year round.
The Prince George Gymnastics Society (PGGS) provides an inclusive gymnastics program for children. Coaches, certified under National Coaching Certification program, provides gymnastics instruction. The program provides children with the opportunity to develop physical literacy skills, advancing at their own fitness level, in a fun and supportive environment. Prince George Gymnastics Society strives to encourage all participants, regardless of skill level, to pursue physical activity.

The 2026 Trampoline Western Canada Cup is happening right here in Prince George from May 8–10!
Top trampoline athletes from across BC, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba will be competing in trampoline, double mini, and tumbling.
We’re especially excited to cheer on our own Kennedy and Liam from Prince George Gymnastics, who qualified for Team BC for 2026 and will be competing alongside our incredible local trampoline athletes! 🙌
Come out and support these amazing athletes and experience the action live!
