If you look closely at the photo, you will see two of the Highland crew. Ben Gamble and Gaylene Simpson are in the process of obtaining their Association of Curling Professionals Teaching Pro Accreditation. Additionally, Garnet Zummack has completed the Associate Pro level. You will see these three around the club throughout the season coaching, teaching, bartending, attending Board meetings, and doing whatever else needs to be done! The Highland is lucky to have three Curling Pros as members! Stay tuned for next season - our Pros will be offering services to improve your game!

The Highland curling community is saddened by the loss of Al Schick. Funeral service details: A funeral will take place on Friday, April 24th at 10:00 am at Regina Funeral Home and Cemetery, located at 4001 East Victoria Ave. Following the funeral, a reception will be held at Callie Curling Club ice surface from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm.

Congratulations to this outstanding team of young curlers! It is an absolute pleasure to watch and support you. Your team exemplifies everything that is great about the sport of curling. We cannot wait to see what next year has in store for you!!
