What an incredible night of classes!

Our beloved "SPAR YOUR TRIBE" had the mats filled, with athletes from teens to coaches, fighters to recreational athletes, and seasoned veterans to new members.

When you have a room full of athletes that are confident and caring , egos in check, tremendous self-control, and not only wanting to earn their 1% better, but help everyone else do the same, you get an amazing experience with the Tribe.

Finished of the evening with BJJ Drills and Skills, dividing the class into 3 sections. Warm up and some isolation rounds, then onto the wall for "in/down/out" drilling, and ended with a treat for everyone of a couple of open rolling rounds.

Coach Rich

Our beloved "Ironman", Keith, 75 years young!

He's been training with me since his late 40's, comes in twice per week for kickboxing, and unless he is away, never misses a "Spar Your Tribe" session.

Keith inspires me every time he steps onto the mats. He has a work ethic of someone half his age, loves training, and he is one of the most beloved members of the Tribe. A true example of someone who is not afraid to show up and put in the work to keep himself moving and active.

Thank you, Keith, for being an inspiration to so many of the Tribe.

It was incredibly disappointing having his fight in Caledonia cancelled less than 24 hours beforehand, so he wanted to get back in the cage right away. Ivan is a tough fighter, and Evolucao Thai is an incredible team, so we are excited for this matchup.
