Throwback to Houston Rampton. I can't take too much credit for coaching this kid; his footwork, calmness, his understanding of range, his speed, his balance, his controlled power - he came like that from training with PMA. It was his first fight and he was awarded Fighter of the Night on a talent rich card.

We have re-evaluated some of the schedule changes that we made at the beginning of the year and have had to make some updates!

We are no longer running our noon time classes, however if there are people interested, please let us know and we can resume this time for the right number of participants.

We have gone back to offering our youth classes at both 3:00pm and 6:00pm and no longer run youth rec Monday to Thursday for all ages.

Our Saturday Women's boxing requires registration. If we do not receive a registration for that day, we will not have the gym open. Please ensure you sign up using the link in our bio.
