Are you available to help us out for our next boxing event? We are looking for people to help with the following areas;
- Athlete check-in
- Ticket Sales
- Bar
- Gloving Table

We have a slight schedule change to our youth program. Our 6-9 age group will run Tuesday / Thursday and our 10 - 12 age range will run Monday / Wednesday.

10am Monday/Wednesday/Friday we have Old Dudes Boxing which is a gentler version of our regular boxing classes that focuses on technique, coordination, agility, and fitness using bands and workouts that won't injure you.

Being an old dude is optional.

We are getting ready to host our next boxing event at Song Sparrow Hall on October 10th!

"Coach Shawn is very involved and detail-oriented, it's fantastic to have training sessions where he's considered areas his members need to focus on.
