Blackburn Park Artificial Sports Field Update:
📣The Turf has arrived, and construction of the Blackburn Park Artificial Turf Field is almost complete! 👏

⭐️This facility is looking incredible, and we are so excited for the opportunities it will bring our community!

💡The Light the Field at Blackburn Park Fundraiser is well underway, we have recently surpassed $50,000 raised thanks to our generous community. As daylight hours continue to dwindle, it is more apparent than ever how important these lights are going to be for our community. ⚽️💚

We would like to thank the Shuswap Women’s Recreational Soccer Association (SWRSA) for their generous contribution to the Blackburn Park: Light the Field Fundraiser. SWRSA is an important part of our soccer community, providing year-round sanctioned and fun recreational soccer for women of all skill levels. Many of these women also contribute to our youth program through coaching and other avenues of volunteerism.👏⚽️💚
