Great to see CSI Pacific’s Vanessa Zoras sharing her expertise at the 2026 Science & Cycling Symposium in Bromont, Quebec.

Vanessa presented to an international audience of cycling researchers and practitioners, bringing her experience in high-performance nutrition to the conversation. As a CSI Pacific staff member, Vanessa also works with NSN Cycling as their Lead Nutritionist, supporting athletes with evidence-informed nutrition strategies for performance.

Last Friday, CSI Pacific had the opportunity to connect with ISPARC in Vancouver to share more about who we are, what we do, and how we work alongside athletes and coaches across British Columbia.

It was a valuable opportunity to learn from one another, build connections, and discuss how we can work together to support the next generation of Indigenous athletes across the province.

We’re looking forward to continuing the conversation and building a strong relationship moving forward.

BC is heading to the RBC Training Ground National Final! 🇨🇦👏
 
A huge congratulations to the 19 British Columbia athletes named to the RBC Training Ground Top 100 for 2026!
 
After more than 3,100 young athletes took part in qualifying events across Canada, these BC athletes have earned the opportunity to compete at the National Final in Toronto on October 3, showcasing their speed, strength, power and endurance in front of National Sport Organization representatives.

Sport has a way of opening doors far beyond competition. 🌎🥋

For CSI Pacific Athlete Ambassador Claudia Laos-Loo, a recent trip to Hawaii was a chance to step into a different side of sport. One centred on leadership, mentorship and connection.

As Claudia continues to grow as both an athlete and future coach, opportunities like this are a reminder that the impact of sport isn’t only measured by results. It’s also found in the people you meet, the knowledge you pass on and the communities you become part of along the way.
