That’s a wrap on another season. 💫
Congrats to Zac on another strong year in the Professional National Lacrosse League.
What he’s done in his career is remarkable—transitioning from professional hockey to professional lacrosse and becoming a true two-sport athlete. That’s something you rarely see—because the level of discipline, sacrifice, and years of relentless work it takes to achieve it is on another level entirely.
I am grateful to have the opportunity to support him over the years, and excited to see how he continues to grow and excel in all areas of life.

Big congrats to Ryan on a remarkable season—winning the league scoring title and the midseason Pro Italian Cup, finishing the last month scoring 3 Hat Tricks! 🏒
A lot of people see the success and the glory, but not many see what it truly takes to get there. The road is never easy—it’s filled with ups and downs, uncertainty, and adversity.
Having witnessed Ryan’s journey firsthand, I can say he’s one of the most resilient individuals I’ve ever met. No matter what he commits to, he goes all in.
Excited to see what’s next for him. 💫
Shout out to my friend .imac and his team at for their support in his preparation.

There’s something special about coaching young athletes who are chasing big dreams.
It was an absolute pleasure delivering my MINDSTRONG Performance Mindset talk to this remarkable group of elite young athletes and their parents from the Top Tier Hoops program.
One of my favorite things to do is share knowledge around performance — especially mindset. Helping athletes understand their thoughts, emotions, and how those directly impact performance is foundational. When they learn how to build strategies around those areas, everything comes together.
This conversation focused on four powerful pillars of performance that I like to speak about when it comes to guiding young athletes:
Confidence
Character
Adaptability
Discipline
There are many tools I work on with athletes, but these four create a strong mindset foundation — especially at a young age.
At this stage, I don’t expect them to absorb everything and implement it immediately. My role is to plant seeds. With time, guidance, and experience, those seeds grow into powerful tools they can lean on as they mature.
Big thanks to the organization and coaching staff to help make this happen.
It’s always an honour to share my knowledge and wisdom with aspiring young champions on their journey

🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥊🇨🇦 Five Time Canadian National Boxing Champion Scarlett Delgado!
Huge congratulations to this remarkable lady for accomplishing another amazing feat in her sport. She is truly special, but it’s not her gifts that make her special. It’s her relentless effort and dedication to getting better every day no matter what obstacle stands in the way.
Everyone wants to wear that gold medal around their neck, but very very few people are actually willing to do what it takes to get it. To win one national championship is a remarkable feat, to win five is an absolute testament to dedication, discipline and consistency.
Being a champion is not about being the most talented or the most gifted, being a champion is about showing up when you don’t want to, showing up when you’re sore or uncomfortable, showing up when you feel like you have nothing left in the tank, and out working everyone else, that’s what a champion is made of and that’s why Scarlett is a five time national champion.
Big shout out to her boxing coach team Syd and Raf , you guys have worked so well together to help this girl prepare in the ring to be at her best.
As always, I am honoured to be by your side and support you along your journey and I’m excited to see you continue to push towards your Olympic dream.
