Congratulations to Scarlett on winning a silver medal at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland, against some of the best competition in the world.
What people see is the podium. What they don’t see are the years of relentless work, sacrifice, setbacks, injuries, exhaustion, doubt, and unwavering commitment that made this moment possible.
High-performance sport is an unforgiving journey. It’s the countless solo drives to Montreal for weekend training camps, only to turn around and do it all again. It’s balancing work, pursuing excellence with little to no funding, relying on the generosity of supporters, and continuing to chase a dream despite every obstacle. That’s the part few people ever get to witness.
This silver medal represents so much more than a result. It represents resilience, commitment, sacrifice, and the courage to keep showing up when nothing is guaranteed.
It’s been an honour and a privilege to be part of your journey over the years and to witness not only the athlete you’ve become, but the person you’ve grown into along the way.
Congratulations, Scarlett. This medal isn’t just a silver medal—it’s the reward for years of choosing the hard road when the easy one was always available.

It’s been a pleasure working with Nick alongside his golf coach, Ryan Borg, for his first season of competitive golf.
Nick is just getting started, and he already has the qualities that matter most—he’s driven, determined, coachable, and fully committed to becoming the best golfer he can be. With the work he’s putting in, he’s building a strong foundation to take this game as far as he wants to.
I love working with golfers because they possess a mindset that’s unlike almost any other athlete. The game demands resilience, discipline, patience, and the ability to stay composed through constant adversity. Every round is a mental challenge as much as a physical one, and learning to embrace that is what separates good players from great ones.
Excited to be part of Nick’s journey. This is just the beginning

One of the greatest rewards of what I get to do isn’t just helping athletes perform at their best—it’s having the privilege of walking alongside them as they grow through every chapter of their journey.
I believe that success is about so much more than medals, rankings, or championships. It’s about the person you become through the pursuit of personal greatness.
This weekend, I had the honour of being part of Ryan’s wedding—another incredible milestone in a life that’s been built on hard work, character, and perseverance.
The second photo takes us back to 2014, when we first started working together. Over the past 12 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting Ryan through countless highs, challenges, victories, and lessons. Watching him continue to grow as both an athlete and a man has been one of the greatest rewards of my career.
Ryan, thank you for allowing me to be a small part of your journey. Congratulations to you and your beautiful bride. I’m excited to see where life—and your career—take you next.

About a year and a half ago, Sebastian came to me with a goal that most people would consider unrealistic: he wanted to compete in an Olympic sport.
After some research, we landed on modern pentathlon—a sport that includes swimming, fencing, obstacle racing, and the laser-run. At the time, he had limited swimming experience, had never fenced, and had never shot a laser pistol.
So we built a plan, and he got to work.
Over the next 18 months, he committed himself fully to the process. He embraced the challenge of learning entirely new skills, showed up consistently, and never wavered when things got difficult.
A few weeks ago, that work paid off when he competed in his first event—the Canadian National Championships.
What impresses me most isn’t that he competed in nationals. It’s the courage to pursue something completely outside his comfort zone and the discipline required to stay committed to a goal that takes years, not weeks, to achieve.
Sebastian is a great example of what can happen when determination, resilience, and action come together. It’s been an honour to be part of his journey, and I’m excited to see what comes next.

That’s a wrap on another season. 💫
Congrats to Zac on another strong year in the Professional National Lacrosse League.
What he’s done in his career is remarkable—transitioning from professional hockey to professional lacrosse and becoming a true two-sport athlete. That’s something you rarely see—because the level of discipline, sacrifice, and years of relentless work it takes to achieve it is on another level entirely.
I am grateful to have the opportunity to support him over the years, and excited to see how he continues to grow and excel in all areas of life.
