Daniella Rae Beltrami is a Vancouver-based professional dancer, choreographer, actress, and creative entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the performing arts. Trained across Canada, the U.S., Europe, and Asia, she has built an international career spanning film, television, live performance, and education. Most recently, she was a featured dancer in Wicked alongside Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo, and has appeared in productions including Descendants 5, Work It, Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist, and Utopia Falls. She has worked with acclaimed choreographers including Jamal Simms, Christopher Scott, Tanisha Scott, Mandy Moore, and Aakomon Jones, and was selected as one of Snoop Dogg’s principal dancers for his Cali to Canada Tour. As the founder and director of The Way You Move, a pre-professional training program based in Vancouver, Daniella mentors the next generation of dancers while continuing to create, perform, and choreograph internationally.

Chanel Lacasse is a Vancouver-based choreographer and performer whose work spans television, film, and stage. She has contributed choreography to productions such as Riverdale, The Baby-Sitters Club, and the Crazy8s Opening Gala, while also collaborating with local studios, companies, and independent artists on a range of creative projects. As a performer, Chanel’s credits include Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies, Zoey’s Extraordinary Christmas, Virgin River, Julie and the Phantoms, and Disney’s Descendants: Wicked Wonderland, along with additional film and stage appearances. Known for both her technical excellence and heart-centered teaching style, Chanel is dedicated to supporting and inspiring the growth of dancers as both artists and individuals.

Greer Whillans is a Canadian-born dancer, choreographer, and instructor whose work bridges stage and screen with bold creativity. Trained extensively in dance instruction, she is passionate about guiding the next generation of artists while continuing to expand her own innovative choreographic voice. Her career includes performances and choreography for acclaimed film and television productions such as Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist, Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies, Riverdale, and HBO’s Peacemaker. She has also performed for global music icons like Dua Lipa at the Billboard Music Awards. Known for blending precision with fresh, cinematic storytelling, Greer brings both artistry and vision to every project, inspiring dancers and audiences alike.

We’re thrilled to welcome Kai Bestvater to Encore Studios on Wednesday, July 15! Kai brings a unique artistic voice, and we’re excited for dancers to experience his approach to movement, musicality, and performance.

Sydney began her dance training at a young age and quickly discovered her passion for performing, training extensively in Jazz, Ballet, Hip Hop, Tap, Lyrical, Contemporary, Modern, and Heels. Throughout her competitive career, she trained and competed at both national and international levels, earning various awards, scholarships, and recognition for her dedication and artistry.

Over the years, Sydney has continued her training across North America, learning from a variety of industry professionals and expanding her artistry through professional classes, company training, and performance opportunities. She has performed in numerous live productions, showcases, concept videos, and events throughout Winnipeg while continuing to grow as both a dancer and creator.

Sydney began teaching and choreographing in 2018, where she discovered her passion for creating meaningful pieces and helping dancers find their confidence through movement. Most recently, Sydney has expanded into professional choreography, creating work for local shows including Coalescence, as well as directing and producing her own dance video projects.

As an instructor, Sydney is passionate about creating a positive and inspiring environment where dancers can challenge themselves, discover their individuality, and grow both technically and artistically inside and outside of the studio.
