Will this make me a better trainer?
A question you always have to ask yourself when you read a book or visit a seminar.
We learned a ton of useful stuff to quick fix a trainee for quicker progress.
Invaluable.
Great colleagues, have a happy Christmas time all.

One of the great aspects of our seminars is always the exchange with others trainers. We all read, we all visit seminars around the world, everybody has to tell great stories.
So we all learn from one another apart from the elaborated systems Wolfgang has developed and is teaching us.
My friend Mehdi Coachpro not only teaches us funny French words but is also a tremendous source of knowledge around training, nutrition, and all the other fringe science stuff.

Here is a pearl I will try to implement.
It is a breathing technique that only takes 5 Minutes and calms down your nervous system.
You breathe 5 seconds in and 5 seconds out for the duration of 5 minutes. The video will help with the timing in the beginning.

Totally doable, and a great tool to have in the toolbox.
