What an absolutely fabulous day for Callum and Ciara. Our largest turnout of juniors this summer so far and great fun was had by all. Great participation, fantastic prizes, great food, great company and the sun even came out.

Yesterday our weekly competition was in memory of the late Darren Duncan. Our juniors were well and truly spoilt with the prizes provided by the Duncan family. A huge thank you for your generosity. We had 46 taking part and was certainly enjoyed by all. Prizes were presented by Darren's son Jack 👏👏⛳🏌️‍♂️

Today marked our first summer competition. The sun 🌞 came out and then the rain got jealous so decided to join us for a period of time ☔ but thankfully normal golf was able to resume again. Well done to everyone who persevered the heavy showers. As a result of the delay I didn't get photos of everyone.

Tuesday marked the beginning of our summer golf with Michael taking some of our new juniors. Great potential was observed - a very promising start to their Carnalea journey. Same time next week 🎉🎉

⛳🏌️‍♂️ As part of our reaching out to the community we welcomed the P7 boys and girls from Grange Primary School to Carnalea. During their visit they had the opportunity to learn some basic golf skills and safety rules. Everyone had a great time and the weather was kind to us 🌞🌞

Thanks to the teachers who accomplished them and our volunteers who kindly gave up their time to help make the visit such a success 👏👏👏 ⛳🏌️‍♂️

This young lad has certainly been practicing his golfing skills. He only went and competed in the U16 Tournament in Dungannon Golf Club and achieved 1st place out of a field of 100 golfers.
