Born in Spain, Jeremi moved from Las Palmas to join Southampton where he progressed from U16 to U21 football as well as representing Ecuador at U20 level.

Following a spell in USA and a return to Spain, the 22 year old midfielder joins the Seasiders after guesting in a number of pre-season friendlies.
