We are a small Netball club est 2015 from ladies with a true love of Netball. Our ethos is treating all members fairly regardless of ability.

We are based in Bangor, NW where we train weekly and welcome anyone who shares our passion for the game. £3.50 per training session

We’re incredibly proud to see one of our very own netball leagues shortlisted for the Best Commitment to the Welsh Language award at the 2025 Welsh Sports Association Sports Industry Awards. 🌟

Being recognised at this level is a huge achievement and a testament to the brilliant work taking place within our netball communities in Gwynedd and Ynys Môn.

Wishing you all the very best for the awards ceremony on 12th June – we’ll be cheering you on!!

Junior league might be nearly over but it doesn’t have to be!!
Thundercats Netball club are hosting a junior tournament on June 1st for U12, U14 and U16 players.
One massive thing we’re bringing in for the tournament- SUPERSHOTS!!
Doesn’t matter where you’re from, come and join us!! We’re raising money to put back into our local junior league who support and encourage the sport of Netball for all the young women across North West Wales!

Huge thanks to Walis for a great competitive friendly on Monday evening. Diolch yn fawr Walis.
POM - Erin - started the 2nd half on fire and continued right until the last whistle; she timed her movement for the interception perfectly and I lost count how many turnovers she made. Erin listened really well to feedback at half time and put it all into action. Gwych Erin!
UPOM - Lottie - her speed and power on court is amazing to watch. Jumping higher and getting faster every week!! Great agility demonstrated to get away from her player in both WA and C positions. Superb Lottie!
CPOM- Ruby - came on as GA and made an impact by making her opponent work very hard. Lovely movement in the circle with the biggest split! It’s not easy to put the things your learning at K.Power and academy and having to adapt to different players in these early days. I have no doubt at all that it will all click into place soon due to your work ethic! Keep up the great work Ruby!

In preparation for the Regional Round U16’s club competitions coming up, Fflamau TC took on a newly formed team who are entered into the Master Tournament in Cardiff - Yr Hen Gojars! Made up of mostly Arfon Ladies netball club and Penygroes Primos.
Fflamau were on fire literally! They were really clicking and gelling as a team together nicely! Playing for nearly two hours straight they really put in some hard work.
Coaches on the night picked Erin C as their player of the match. Her determination and work ethic was fantastic! Not to mention her shots were on point!
Players player was voted by the team themselves and went to Madi Humphreys! Madi had some wonderful interceptions and read the game really well. Tracking her fast WA player and blocking her out!
Well done ladies and Good Luck to Yr Hen Gojars in your tournament!! Thanks for the warm up match!!

Thundercats Netball Club had our very first junior Christmas Party yesterday and what a night it was! We had an awesome DJ, delicious food, wonderful venue, dance offs, games, awards and loads of singing and dancing and merriment!!
This club is just epic! If we do say so ourselves 🖤❤️

TNC had our first junior Christmas Party last night and it was a BLAST!!
Thank you Y Bar - Clwb Rygbi Bangor for an awesome night!!
DJ Stretch Disco / SelfieStation / DIY Disco / Equipment Hire. Was epic as always!
And the food was wonderful yet again!! Mrs Buffet is HIGHLY recommended!
