We’re excited to be launching a FREE 12-week Swimobility programme for men aged 50+ at Sprint Swim Academy!

Swimobility is a fun, friendly way to get moving in the water, helping to improve balance, coordination, joint health and stamina, while also supporting mental wellbeing and resilience to stress. 🙌
