Tonight we worked on overloading the defence in 2v1 and 3v2 scenarios, focusing on communication and movement to create space. Some really good attacking play and defending, with the games staying close right to the end!

We worked on our passing and 3v2 attacking play before finishing with a competitive match full of great tackles, passing, goals and brilliant effort from everyone.

A special shoutout to our Trainer of the Week, Riley ⭐ for an excellent session, with some fantastic passing, great defending and a brilliant all-round performance.

Another great training session for the boys tonight!

This evening’s focus was on possession play, with the players working on moving the ball through different zones, supporting the player in possession, and improving their movement off the ball. We then put it all into practice with a competitive numbers game and finished with a match.

Trainer of the Week: Denver
A well-deserved shoutout to Denver, who looked after the ball brilliantly during the possession drill and made some outstanding tackles throughout the game.

Another great session with the boys tonight! ⚽

We started with a passing drill before moving on to our shooting practice, working on cutting in from wide areas and using our weaker foot. The lads showed great effort throughout and improved as the session went on.

The numbers game was as competitive as ever, and we finished with an exciting 3v3 match, with the non-bibs edging a brilliant game 5-4.

A big congratulations to Jax, our Trainer of the Week, for an outstanding session, including some excellent passing and a well-taken goal. 👏⭐

Another fantastic pre-season performance from the boys tonight!

This was our best team display of pre-season so far, with everyone working hard for each other from start to finish. We defended brilliantly, moved the ball well through midfield, and showed great teamwork all over the pitch.

Well done to our trainer of the week, Jaxon, who was excellent in our attacking vs defending drill. He showed great skill beating his defender and worked hard when defending. He also carried that into the match, creating lots of chances for his teammates. A brilliant session—well deserved!
