What a fabulous half term. Well rested and excited to see my superstar gymnasts this Saturday!

What an amazing WOW moment today at our PRIMARY GYMNASTICS session....
At the end of our main session, we tapped into a quick headstand recap as a group. I was supporting one of the gymnasts when I looked up and ALL the PARENTS had got up and copied my headstand straddle sit support and continued supporting their own child. The parents were fantastic at listening to the coaching points to help support their child!
Mums, dad's and nanna's you are superstars too, today. Working together to achieve is fantastic to see.
