Yesterday I had the privilege of bringing a sound bath to the residents of Bentley Grange Care Home in Bedford.

Playing for the elderly is a unique experience. The energy in the room was lively, full of character and personality and that is exactly what made it so beautiful. By the end of the session that same energy had softened into something quieter and more settled.
