Reminder to all Ballysillan Gymnastics Academy members:

Fees were due last Saturday (25/04/26). Today, Saturday 02/05/26, is the final day to make payment and secure your child’s place in their class.

Unfortunately, any unpaid spaces after today may be offered to those on the waiting list.

Please ensure payment is made as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. If you have already paid, thank you!

Step by step guide to Update your insurance 🤸‍♀️

1. Go to your account

Head to the British Gymnastics website and log into your membership account (JustGo system).

2. Renew your membership

* Look for “Renew” or “Membership due”
* Click through and follow the steps

👉 This is the key step:
When you renew your membership, your insurance is automatically updated.

3. Check your membership type

Make sure you’re on the right level:

* Community → recreational classes
* Competitive → squad / competitions

(Your coach or club usually tells you which one you need.)

4. Pay the fee

* Pay online
* Once payment goes through, your insurance is active immediately

⚠️ Important (many people miss this)

* If your membership expires, you are NOT insured
* Clubs will not let you train until it’s renewed
* There’s no grace period

📢 New Term Reminder – Ballysillan Gymnastics Academy & preschool Gym🤸‍♀️

Just a quick reminder that the new term begins on Saturday 25th April 2026.

Term fees are now due, and we’d appreciate prompt payment to ensure your child’s place is secured for the upcoming sessions.

⚠️ Important Notice – Insurance
We’ve noticed that a number of gymnasts’ insurance policies have now expired. In line with British Gymnastics regulations, any gymnast without valid insurance will not be permitted to take part in classes.

Please can all parents/guardians check and update insurance details before Saturday to avoid any disruption.

If anyone is having any difficulty renewing or arranging their child’s insurance, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us. We’re more than happy to help you through the process and make sure everything is in place for your child to continue participating.

We are so proud of each and every gymnast who stepped onto the floor and gave it their all. Your hard work, dedication, and team spirit truly shone through in every routine. From the nerves at the start to the smiles at the finish, you represented our club with confidence and pride 💙

A special shoutout to our first-time competitors who absolutely smashed it! 🌟 Taking to the competition floor for the first time is a huge achievement, and you all showed amazing courage and determination—we couldn’t be prouder!

A huge well done on all your performances and achievements—you should be so proud of yourselves! And thank you to our amazing coaches, and supportive families who make days like this possible 👏

Can I please ask you all to log on to your British gymnastics account and check your children’s insurance is up to date. If you are unsure please give us a message and we will check for you.

British Gymnastics (BG) is the official governing body for gymnastics in the UK. It sets the rules, safety standards, and requirements for clubs and competitions.

UK clubs cannot legally/safely allow participation without BG membership.
