New class starting 30th September 2021 10:30am Arden Hall, Windsor Hall water Orton Road Castle Bromwich B36 9PB
Pilates will help improve back problems, posture, balance and co-ordination. During the class we will work on strengthening and toning our body. Class will run for 50 mins with a 10 mins stretch and relaxation
Tonight 7pm at Coleshill Townhall come and try Pilates using small balls. Mats & balls provided

From next Thursday 26th January 2023 my Arden Hall Class with be moving to St Mary & St Margaret's Church Hall, Castle Bromwich. Class will begin at 10:30am till 11:30am. It is a lovely hall with a beautiful outlook. I look forward to welcoming you all to our new venue 😀
