Emphasis is on taisabaki (body shifting), Grounding (Jochi), receiving or blocking a technique (Uke), Breathing into the tanden (Kokyu) and countering with the same hand (Hentei). This time, open hand techniques.

Jazmin and Conner with Sensei Koji Arimoto, 4 times WKF kata champion etc. the two senior St Andrews karate students trained for two days and over 7 hours of training honing katas such as Unsu and Gankaku. Well done you guys.
