Online Coaching Q&A
How the Online Coaching process? - this is when a client signs up to a tailored exercise plan to follow with continued specialist guidance from myself.
How do we track progress? - Body measurements and progress pictures are taken at the beginning and end of program. If client isnโt local then they provide the measurements to me.
How often are check ins? - 1-2 times a week either over message or video call.
How do you tailor my plan? - the plan is tailored based on the information you provide on the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire and in the free consultation.
Day 1 of signing up to your online coaching, what can I expect? - free consultation to discuss your plan and build a rapport, then a free personal training session to go through the plan in full detail and Iโll also email a welcome pack and an informed consent form.
Are the workouts just gym based? - plans are tailored to your lifestyle and fitness level, whether thatโs either in the gym or limited to home workouts.
What happens at the end of my plan? - clients have the option to renew and progress even further. Or if theyโre happy with their results then thereโs no pressure from me to sign up again.

However
Because of:
Peanut butter
Honey
Dark chocolate
Calories are fairly high
So if your goal is to decrease body fat:
Portion control is important
Better as occasional snack/pre workout
Reduce peanut butter serving and use 0 calorie syrup instead of honey
Nutritional content per serving:
10g protein
20g carbs
11g sugar
13g fat

Used my Level 4 Strength and Conditioning experience to help my mateโs football team with with their warm up/preparation for their cup final at Bloomfield Road ๐๏ธ
Amazing experience and one that Iโll remember for a long time. Delighted for the lads to win their game too ๐
