Ace training with Lee this evening! A session packed with pad drills followed by many rounds of sparring and grappling including grappling for weapons.....what a way to spend a Tuesday night 👍

Great PT with Lee, smashing it as always. Combining a healthy diet and training consistently, Lee has got into the best shape of his life. His training is never boring....mixing things up with martial arts, high intensity work outs and weight lifting using compound movements and kettle bells. Very proud of you mate!

Great PT this week. High intensity martial arts drills......not your run of the mill workouts! Tough but rewarding.....I think the picture sums it up
