I started to go to the gym consistently when I was around 17 years old (the first picture).
I studied to become a personal trainer straight from school and I grew my knowledge in the gym.
Now I am 23 years old and I have been a personal trainer for around 4 years, coaching people how to achieve their dream physique and fitness goals (the second picture).
Although there are physical changes, in this picture the biggest transformation is my mindset.

Next time, to track your weight accurately do this👇🏼
1. Weigh at the same time: The best time is in the morning, after using the bathroom, and before eating or drinking.
2. Use the same scale: Keep it on a hard, flat surface.
3. Focus on the weekly average: Look at trends over weeks rather than daily changes.
4. Measure other ways: Notice how your clothes fit or take measurements (like waist size) instead of only using a scale.
Save this for the next time the scale tries to mess with your head. 📉📈
