🔥 SUNDAY SWEAT SESSION 🔥
It’s all about engine and teamwork this morning! 💪🚀
We’ve got a 2-part long workout on the menu that’s going to test your endurance, challenge your teamwork, and bring plenty of syncro, community spirit, and good vibes along the way.
There’s nothing better than finishing the weekend surrounded by an amazing community, pushing each other through a tough workout, and starting Sunday on a positive note. 🙌

Well… two weekends ago it was a busy one! 🔥

🇲🇹 Coach Aimee & Coach Lucy were competing in Malta
👏 And our amazing Coaches back at CrossFit Yate holding down the fort, taking classes and keeping the coaching and standards high as always.

Massive shoutout to Willow (age 10) and Laila (age 12) for taking on Murph yesterday 💪🔥
Willow smashed the Intermediate version:

And Laila took on the full Rx Murph (without a vest!):
