Metalheads also are allowed to have yoga retreats so you may want to join me and Helen Manente Yoga for a day of yoga, meditation and a soundbath at Metal Yoga Retreats - various locations across the UK for just £45 ✨ and profits are shared with our excellent friends at Heavy Metal Therapy to support their vital work 🤘

Our gym is a little bit special:
It’s a light, airy, beautiful private training space where people can come to move, train and feel completely comfortable being themselves

No intimidating gym floor
