We are a club in the Kolesnikov's School of Mind and Body Development with Aikido organisation. We have Dojos throughout the UK and Ukraine and offer you the chance to learn this martial art in a very direct way.

We are now back training at Riverside so if you want to try aikido for the first time or get back into it after a break do please come along.
We are fully booked for the lesson on the 5th January but have plenty of space still for the 12th of January. I look forward to seeing you all in the dojo soon.

Great aikido social and catch up on Wednesday evening (online in our own homes) Looking forward to getting back in the dojo and training but in the meantime it will have to be solo training in the garden and our social online get togethers. Stay safe everyone and see you when this is all over 😃🥋
Unfortunately, in light of current events and the announcement from the UK government, we have cancelled all Aikido lessons for the foreseeable future. Our practice is very hands on by its very nature and therefore very difficult to manage any kind of risk. Everyone keep safe and keep in touch. All the best from everyone at the club, Sensei Janet and Sensie Phil.

Reflecting on a great summer school in Swindon this year. Thank you to Sensie Phil Bolt for the great training as usual and congratulations on gaining 6th Dan.
Well done to Christine from the Swindon club and John from the Kendal club on gaining 4th Dan.
All the hard work was evident in the excellent 2nd Dan grading by Jude from the Bridport club
And well done to Rob from Bristol, Brian from Kendal, Luke from Swindon and Conan from Bridport who all gained 1st Dan.
