Ever wondered what makes ((BOUNCE)) BED different from any other Reformer Pilates studio? 👀

Unlike traditional reformer classes, ((BOUNCE)) BED is a fusion of ((B)) moves and Reformer Pilates, choreographed to the beat of the music 🎶.

We’ve taken the principles of Pilates and turned up the energy, creating a powerful, music-driven workout that tones, strengthens, and sculpts your entire body.

Each session is low impact on the joints but high in intensity, working every muscle while improving flexibility, posture, cardio and endurance. 💪

Our mission? To make you walk away feeling stronger, more energised and inspired, like you can take on anything. ✨

Once you’ve tried BED, no other reformer class will ever compare.

Our ((B)) BED classes are choreographed to music, combining controlled movement, strength and a seriously good soundtrack. 🎶✨

POV: you’re convinced they hated the Pilates class… 👀😂

The side eyes. The questionable expressions. The “are we really doing this?” energy.

…and then they leave absolutely buzzing because they LOVED it. 🫶✨

Never judge a Pilates face mid-class. 😂

Looking around, we see more than just another class.

We see connections being made, friendships growing, familiar faces becoming part of your routine, and a community that welcomes you just as you are. 🤍

Because it’s not just about moving together — it’s about feeling connected, supported and at home.

Come for the class, stay for the community. ✨

Somewhere on the long list with a million tabs open in our brains — the kids, the family, school uniforms, packed lunches, work, making the summer magical, remembering appointments, keeping everyone fed, happy and organised… and so much more — women are starting to realise something really important:

Looking after ourselves isn’t selfish. It’s essential.

Because we can’t keep pouring from an empty cup.

Taking an hour for ourselves. Moving our bodies. Getting stronger. Switching off. Doing something that makes us feel good.

It’s not about putting everyone else last.
It’s about making sure we’re on the list too. 🤍

This generation of women are choosing themselves — and we think that’s beautiful. ✨

Kinda chic. Kinda sweaty. Very ((BOUNCE)) BED 🖤

Reformer Pilates, but make it louder.
Low impact. High intensity. Music on. Springs working. Energy up.

Small classes, BIG energy — and a workout you’ll want to do again… and again.

Get up to go to BED. ✨

We love this flow. ✨

The focus? Deltoids, triceps, re**us abdominis, transversus abdominis and the deep core, hip flexors, calves… all the way down to those tiny intrinsic foot muscles.

And just look at those beautifully pointed toes. 🤍

Strength, control and precision in every movement.
