Fitness Bootcamps 🦁 Get fit, strong, feel great and be part of this outstanding bootcamp community! Drop-in sessions is £10. No Joining or cancellation fees.

We use the sports hall at CRC and have access to lots of kettlebells, dumbbells, mats, slam balls, battle ropes.

⚔️Timings (arrive 5 minutes before):

🔹 Mondays: 6:15 AM - 7:00 AM
🔹 Wednesday: 6:15 AM - 7:00 AM
🔹 Fridays: 6:30 AM - 7:15 AM

🌟Cost: First session is free. Short or Long term memberships equivalent to £9 a session. Cancel at anytime.

Sunday Funday at Coldhams Common Family Parkrun 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Firstly, Coldhams Common Family Park Run.

Thank you to the volunteers who make this happen each week. You’re creating a powerful space for young people to move, walk, run, and build confidence in an inclusive and welcoming environment.

These park runs only exist because people quietly give their time to make them happen. We are sincerely grateful.

Afterwards, I spent a bit of time on the parallel bars. Plenty of failure, a few small moments of control, and a reminder that progress is rarely clean or consistent.

It’s the same with fitness.

If you’re thinking about starting bootcamp but feel unsure or nervous, that feeling is normal. Everyone starts somewhere. You don’t need to be ready - you just need to start.
