I try and live a good, honest and aligned life. Affirmations, positive thoughts and beliefs, i know this is good for me and others, to align my mind. My actions are not to please others, they are the reflection of my truth, lived experience. Through the life and as we expose ourself to challenges and new experience. Growth occurs, as this happens we know we are more capable, strong and can achieve.

As i have proved this to myself! Before i didnt know.. now i have done “life things” and know i can do it

When the action is aligned with your thoughts, values and truths. Karma will happen, but let it and trust in your choices when there made from the heart and clear mind 🤍 tap in to that whisper of intuition, that gets louder over time.
