I mean this kindly…
But if you’ve spent the last few years…
* restarting every Monday
* stopping every time life gets busy
* losing motivation after a couple of weeks

Not because women are lazy.
Not because they lack willpower.

Stop stressing over the numbers
These photos are 11 years apart - but the scales say exactly the same thing.
63kg.
One is me at 34.
One is me at 45.
Same body weight.
Very different body composition.
Very different habits.
A different relationship with food,
With training
and with myself.
This is your reminder
Your age is just a number.
And
Your weight is just a number too.
Neither tells the full story.
Neither tells you….
your strength.
your fitness.
your confidence.
how your clothes fit.
how much energy you have.
how healthy you are.
And they definitely don’t show you what you’re capable of or what’s possible for you.
Somewhere along the way we’ve been taught to obsess over age and scale weight as if they’re the only measures that matter.
They’re not.
The goal isn’t to weigh what you weighed at 25.
The goal is to become the healthiest, strongest, fittest version of yourself at the age you are now.
Women don’t need another diet.
They need a way to stay consistent long enough for the boring stuff to work.
They need the right environment that helps them pursue their goals and reach their potential
That’s exactly why I created my group program OnTrack in 8.

No meal plans.
No starting again every Monday.

Can someone explain to me why….
When the weights we are lifting are getting bigger
The outfits we are meant to wear whilst we are lifting them - are getting smaller and smaller
In a world where as a woman I am actively encouraged to lift bigger weights
I’m am also being influenced everywhere to do it in bikini style bras and micro shorts
Don’t get me wrong
I’m all for being proud of my body
I happily wear leggings and sports bra in the gym
I definitely want to wear my hard earned muscle with pride
But when did extraordinary amounts of cleavage and ultra revealing micro bras become a part of that?
I understand wanting cute outfits and all the colours and the fabrics that feel like butter
But tell me who is training to their very best ability whilst worrying you’re going slip a nip.
Let me be clear - I’m not saying cover your body in the gym at all - show off what you’re proud of - wear whatever makes you feel amazing
but I am saying why are activewear companies for women creating this hype around the skimpiest performance clothing I have ever seen.

I’ve changed what I’m doing in the gym
This makes so much more sense to me
I’m such creature of habit it often take me a while to realise there is a better way I can do things or be willing to try it.
But it feels good to get my 2 biggest workouts of the week done before the week even begins
