Designed for anyone wanting to refine their movement in heels, this course focuses on building confidence, technique, fluidity, and performance quality in a supportive environment.

Week 1 — Technique
Walks, drills & across the floor to build posture, confidence in heels, and introduce floorwork.

Week 2 — Technique + Choreo
Revisit foundations and start applying them through choreography.

Week 3 — Choreography + Performance
Clean the piece and bring in fluidity, presence, and performance energy.

Whether you’re completely new to heels or looking to strengthen your basics, this space is all about feeling strong, sensual, and empowered.
