Truly an end of an era. After a lot of thought, I’ve made the difficult decision to leave Target Fitness — a place that has been a huge part of my journey since 2018.
When I moved back home from London, I was rebuilding not just my business, but my life here in Somerset. Nathan welcomed me into the gym community from day one, and I’ll always be grateful for the support, encouragement, and belief he showed in me during those early years. What started as a ladies-only gym became a place full of amazing people, motivation, laughs, and sometimes even coaching if they decided to listen 😂
The community at Target Fitness has been incredibly welcoming and supportive over the years, and leaving definitely hasn’t been an easy decision.
But ultimately, life moves in seasons, and right now my biggest priority is getting some time back to spend with my kids. That’s something I can’t put a price on.
I just want to say thank you to Nathan and everyone at for being part of my journey. I’ve made some great memories and met some genuinely brilliant people along the way.
Hopefully I still get an invite to legendary Xmas party’s 🙏🏼🤞🏼

Exciting news from me! 🏉
I’m really proud to be starting a new role coaching the Cheddar Ruggerberries (ages 2–5) — introducing the next generation to a sport that’s given me so much.
It comes at a poignant time, as next week will be my final game for the Cheddar Valley Rugby Club adult team. It’s important to me that rugby remains part of my life, and I’m especially excited to be supporting the local community while also coaching my own children.
I’m looking forward to passing on the lessons rugby has taught me over the years — discipline, teamwork and dedication. 💪

AGE IS JUST A NUMBER. 💪🔥
Today my client Tim proved that limits are often just beliefs.
At 70 years old, he set out to chase the Ski Erg Marathon World Record… and absolutely smashed it.
🏔 Previous world record: 4 hours 9 minutes
⚡ New time today: 3 hours 10 minutes
That’s not just a new record — that’s nearly an hour faster.
A marathon on the Ski Erg is brutal. It demands endurance, strength, grit and relentless mental toughness. To deliver a performance like this at 70 is nothing short of extraordinary.
Proof that dedication, consistency and mindset can defy expectations at any age.
Massive respect and congratulations on an incredible achievement. The bar has officially been raised. 👏

🔥 WORLD RECORD ATTEMPT ALERT! 🔥
Kings Fitness and Leisure member Tim Worral is taking on an incredible challenge… and we want you there to witness it!
On 11th March at 17:00, Tim will attempt to break the World Record for a 70+ athlete completing a Marathon (26.2 miles) on the Ski Erg right here at Kings Fitness and Leisure.
The current world record stands at 4 hours 9 minutes, set by Carl Stevens (Delaware, USA) in October 2025.
Tim is already the British record holder (70–74 age category) on the Ski-Erg for:
🏅 5,000m
🏅 6,000m
🏅 10,000m
🏅 Half Marathon
Now he’s setting his sights on the ultimate endurance test — the Marathon World Record.
