Strong back work with lat pulldowns and rows, getting a pump in with some dumbbell presses, finishing off with some curls. Simple work, done well.

🔥 The Dumbbell Squat Mobility Challenge
Start standing with a dumbbell placed behind you.
With arms behind your back, use one arm to pick up the dumbbell while the other hand holds onto your wrist.

Score is based on whether you can complete the lift with control and depth and what weight you can grab!
