KICKSTART your way into Tokon Kai Karate Academy!!

Good session tonight with some new beginners getting involved, Also great to have my old training partner Sensei Shawn Hankin back alongside me again. We go back a long way through Tokon Kai and some of the older members will remember us training together over the years. You’ll definitely be seeing more of him around the dojos 👀 as one of my new instructors coming in to help teach alongside me. Great to have him back involved 🔥

Chelmsford’s and all over are getting a bit dodgy with crime on the rise, so I want to do something about it. This isn’t about fighting, just staying aware, protecting yourself, and getting home safe, If you can, share and spread the word.

Work like a student, lead like a master. The sensei is always the cherry on top. 🔥

Fantastic session this morning with a great turnout and strong effort from everyone. It’s good to see the progress being made across the club.
Congratulations to Hageos on achieving 9th kyu orange belt, and to Jack and Eloise on achieving their 8th kyu yellow belts. We are back again tomorrow, and there are still Easter eggs ready, so our Sunday students won’t miss out. Another grading will be planned after the Easter break, so now is the time to stay focused and keep improving.

Knife crime in Chelmsford is rising, and I want to do something to help slow it down.
You don’t need to be a karate person, this is about your life, and hopefully helping protect it. This isn’t about fighting back, it’s about learning how to stay safe, defend yourself, and get home.
It’s heartbreaking to see the damage this is causing, let’s not let more people go down that path. Please share this and help spread the word.
