I’m so excited to share this workshop with you — because this is definitely NOT your typical “Kegel and squeeze” session! 🚫🤞
In this 2-hour online session, led by Hayley Hanson, we’ll go far beyond basic exercises. You’ll learn:
✅ A mix of intrinsic and extrinsic techniques to strengthen your pelvic floor effectively
✅ How to relax and release your pelvic floor properly — just as important as strengthening!
✅ How the pelvic floor works as part of a whole-body system, connected to your diaphragm, glutes, thighs, and more (who knew it was so connected?! 😮)

There is a lot of hype and controversy around Reformer Pilates at the moment.

It’s become the new “cool” thing to do, with the misconception that all you need is a quick online course and suddenly you’re qualified to teach.

With 17 years of experience as a fitness professional and over 30 years as a dancer, my studio is built to truly help people move well and feel stronger.

As a biomechanics coach, I teach Pilates on the Reformer with every class tailored to the people in the room — not simply what I planned to teach that day.

Whether you are pre or postnatal, rehabbing an injury, or wanting to build strength and confidence, my small boutique studio offers a safe, supportive, yet challenging space to move, recover and grow stronger.

Because Pilates should never be one-size-fits-all.
