Spaces are going quickly for our Summer Solstice Workshop. 🤍🧘♀️
Celebrate the turning point of the year with a deeply restorative Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra workshop held on the Summer Solstice—the longest day and a powerful moment of light, expansion, and renewal. This 90 minute workshop will begin with a yin yoga practice designed to stimulate the 12 regular meridian pathways of the body (Traditional Chinese Medicine), in preparation for a full Meridian Nidra practice.
The Meridian Nidra practice will guide you into a hypnagogic state – between wakefulness and sleep – enabling a deep state of conscious relaxation as we harmonise the flow of Qi ( Qi is our life force energy – the essential elixir of our body, mind and spirit – key to living a healthy and vibrant life)
Aligned with the solstice’s energy of abundance and clarity, this workshop offers space to reflect, set intentions, and honour both your inner stillness and your growth as you move into the second half of the year.
Accompanied by the healing / soothing frequencies of my crystal bowls 😊
